ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Effective as of: November 3 2023
CANCELATION POLICY: Starting November 3, 2023, all canceled orders that are processed via PayPal will receive a full refund minus the PayPal transaction fee. This fee will vary depending on the transaction total.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS: We allow online returns for refund only. We do not offer exchanges. For items purchased online, returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at onlinesupport@nigelbeauty.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the items order number and your reason for the return. Please note that Nigel Beauty does not provide a return label. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted and will not be shipped back to the customer. Once we receive your pre approved return, allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. If an order is refused by the customer and shipped back to Nigel Beauty, the customer will receive a refund for the items purchased minus the shipping costs from and back to our facility.
ELIGIBLE RETURN ITEMS. The following items are not eligible for return/exchanges: Clearance items, Final Sale items, All Special FX, Hot Hair Tools, Shaving Tools, Grooming Tools, All Hair Extensions, All Facial Hair, All Wigs and Gift Cards. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management’s discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
CONDITION OF ELIGIBLEÂ ITEMS FOR RETURN. Except for items that were damaged in transit – items must be in new, unused, and in sellable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.
This includes the item box and/ or the plastic wrapping of that item be intact. This includes: mascara, concealer, lip gloss and lipstick tubes having no sign of product on inner rim from opening and closing. This includes: foundation, skincare, and haircare pumps to have no signs of product being pumped and unsealed.Â
ON HOLD ORDER. Any orders placed online and are listed as “ON HOLD” will need to be reviewed by our team for fraudulent / security purposes. If you placed an order that says “ON HOLD” this could mean numerous things:
- Your Shipping & Billing Addresses do not match
- Multiple purchase attempts have been made on your card
- Your account has been flagged
- Your order quantities have been flagged
ALLERGIC REACTIONS.
1. **Description of the Rash**: Please describe the rash in detail. This includes the affected area(s), the appearance (e.g., redness, swelling, blisters), and any other symptoms you may be experiencing.

2. **Images of the Rash**: If possible, attach clear images of the affected areas.Â
3. **Usage Details**: Let us know how and when you used the product. Were there any other products applied in conjunction? Any other relevant information will be helpful.
Your feedback is important to us. Upon receiving your response, we will forward it to the brand representative. They will assess the information and get back to you with any potential solutions in 7-10 business days.Â
SHIPPING DAMAGES. Once your order is received, please check your package for any shipping damage. We are not financially responsible for any damage resulting from mishandling by a shipper or courier. All damage claims should be submitted to our online customer service team within 3 days of package delivery. E-mail images of the damaged shipping carton and items to onlinesupport@nigelbeauty.com along with your order number and description of the damaged items. It can take up to 10 business days for shipping couriers to respond to damage claims.
RETURN SHIPPING. Return shipping for items shipped in error, or items being returned because they are defective or damaged*, will have a pre-paid shipping label provided and sent via email. Return shipping on items that are being returned for all other reasons will be paid for by the customer. Recommended return shipping couriers: FedEx, UPS and USPS.
*Defective & Damaged items are items that can no be used due to broken pumps, tubes and sprays. Items that are defective & damaged are items that are considered unusable.*

FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds, if issued, will be returned in the original form of payment minus processing, shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated.
RESTOCKING FEE. Except for items that are returned/exchanged for being damaged or defective, to cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking certain items, a restocking fee of 10% (or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is less) may be assessed for the following items or types of items: Restocking Fee applies to select orders based on order size and online orders shipped back to Nigel Beauty due to delivery refusal. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, if any, where permitted by state law.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Items shipped back to Nigel Beauty that have been opened, used and are not in NEW sellable condition will not be refunded and will not be shipped back to the customer. Customers will be responsible for a shipping label back to them in order to receive their unreturnable item.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

For items purchased in-store, exchanges and store credit are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
