Razor Slant Liner #21 is a precise and comfortable brush and is best used used for a super smooth and graphic upper eye-line. Its shape lends itself to a flawless wing.  Also great as a brow brush or for applying cream makeup under the brow to give a contour. And as it’s made from sable, it also works with powders too and can be a great tight liner.
