How to Use:
To shape curls, apply Shea Moisture souffle sparingly on wet or dry hair and comb through with a wide-tooth tool. For coils or for twist-out styles, do so on wet hair for maximum control and allow time to settle. Alternately, you can apply it on dry hair to reduce flyaways.
