REEL HAIR SCALP SHADOW is formulated for use on the scalp to create hair shadow resulting in a fuller looking head of hair.
Dark Brown is especially effective on light scalps and contains a matte agent to subdue scalp shine. Black is especially effective on dark scalps and contains a matte agent to subdue scalp shine.
This product is not the same as the REEL HAIR PALETTE Inks and should not be used to regenerate the palettes.
