- Then, apply TWO coats of OPI Nail Lacquer nail polish color.
- The final step to getting the perfect mani is the top coat. Shake OPI Top Coat thoroughly, then apply one coat to each nail to provide a beautiful shiny finish & extended life to your manicure.
