Mehron’s EYE Powders are neutral toned pressed pigment shadows made for sculpting and defining the eyes. The long wear, velvety smooth professional formula builds and blends effortlessly. Available in shimmer and matte finishes that compliment a vast range of skin tones.
How to use this product:
• Using a shadow brush apply Eye Powder onto eyelid.
• Use the matte shades to sculpt and define the eyes.
• Apply shimmer shades with a fluffy brush to add a soft glow to the eyes or use a dense brush or finger for a dramatic sparkling effect.
• For a longer-lasting effect, prep the eyelid with Primed™ Eye Primer before applying EYE Powder.
