Manic Panic Voodoo Blue is a dark cyan dye with green-ish undertones. Voodoo Blue can give hints of teal to virgin, unbleached hair. For the most vibrant results, we recommend lightening hair to a very light level 9 blonde and toning hair to prevent unwanted tones.

- Below the Shoulder up to Waist Length: 2 jars/bottles for thin hair and 2-3 for thick hair.
