Makes my skin fill like velvet. Will still have to set with an oil absorbing powder. Very smooth, no tack to it, slippy but doesnโt feel like water.

Finally something that doesnโt irratate the skin and can be used as a base on my face. It gives my skin a velvet finish when I use a cream on top like RCMA cream. I worked with the TV Paint Stick and MAC liquid foundations. Still need to set with a powder if you have oily skin
