Each shade has been formulated for maximum impact and shelf life. It’s safe enough to use above and around the eyes and on the lips. It will not flake off when used over lipstick, so use GlitterGlam™ to take your lip makeup from pretty to POW! This water-based product was designed to meet the exacting durability standards of professional dancers. Brush it on and it sets almost immediately and will not drip.
