With a non-smudging result that holds for 12 hours, these pencils highlight your eyes with an intense and precise line, with no drips! Their new gel formulae glides easily over the eye and won’t catch in any creases, and can be used as an eye-liner on the inner eye or on the upper eyelid.
APPLICATION TIPS
The BlackUp No Transfer Khol Waterproof Pencil can be applied in 3 different ways:
- On the eyelid: Apply generously across the entire eyelid and blend with a smudge brush. For more intensity, add some eyeshadow and smudge once again.
- As an eyeliner: Trace a line along the upper and lower lash line.
- Along the tearline: Glide the pencil inside the lower and upper edges of your eyelid.
