- Then blend upwards towards the hairline using the brush for a seamless finish
- Use circular motions

- Apply Mini Crystal Lip Gloss to the center of the top and bottom lip for a fuller-looking pout
- Use the tip of the flat-paddle applicator to shape the lip line with precision.
Pro Tips:
- For extra fullness, apply lip liner just outside of the natural lip line
