HOW TO USE

• Begin by using the edge of the custom paddle-shaped applicator to line the Cupid’s bow with precision.
• Fill in the remainder of the top lip using the flat side of the applicator.
• Outline the bottom lip and fill.

PRO TIPS

• For additional volume, fill in lips starting from the corner of the mouth and move up toward the Cupid’s bow.
• A little product goes a long way, but for an extremely opaque finish, let your first coat completely dry and then apply a second coat in one swipe.
• Wipe off excess product from the applicator wand onto the rim of the tube before you apply. This offers more control when applying.
• Shade Blizzard also works great as a topcoat over matte lip shades, creating a high-shine, sparkly pink shift to your lip look.
