An Academy Award winning makeup artist from the 1940’s to 1980’s, William Tuttle was the head of MGM’s makeup department for over 30 years and taught makeup at USC. After leaving MGM, he created Custom Color Cosmetics and introduced his versatile creme-based foundation and complexion products.
