Skin Illustrator Ve Neill Down + Dirty Palette

Academy Award winning makeup artist Ve Neill’s new artist palette — “Down + Dirty”, gives artists a curated collection of alcohol-based shades that are super long lasting, highly pigmented, and usable for a number of effects. Stipple or lightly apply the different shades to create realistic dirt, grime, bruises, injury, zombie, and much more. You must use Skin Illustrator Activator or 99% alcohol to activate the color pigment. Do not use 70% alcohol, MEK, acetone, water or any other solvent. Removal is easy with PPI’s Telesis Beta Solv, Telesis Super Solv or Telesis Makeup Remover.
