Brush Off Eyes Off is a non-irritating, although some sensitive users may briefly experience minor stinging. Formulated with Sodium PCA to help soften and moisturize the delicate eye area.
Apply to cotton pad until saturated. Gently wipe off makeup with eyes closed. Repeat until makeup is thoroughly removed.
